一般社団法人那智勝浦まぐろブランド推進協会（以下「当法人」という）は、個人情報保護および個人情報の適切な取り扱いの重要性を認識し、以下の方針に基づきお客様の個人情報を取り扱います。

当法人における個人情報とは、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど個人を特定できる情報をいいます。

当法人は、取得する個人情報の利用目的を特定し、必要な範囲で個人情報を適正かつ公正な手段により取得させていただきます。
個人情報の利用について
当法人は、お客様へのより良いサービスをご提供するため、メール配信サービス（メルマガ、セミナー案内、商品情報他）や資料送付、保守・アフターサービスなど、利用目的を特定して利用させていただきます。
個人情報の管理・保護について
当法人は、取得したお客様の個人情報について、管理責任者を配し適切に管理を行うとともに、外部への流失防止および不当なアクセス、破壊、改ざん、紛失等を防止するためのセキュリティ対策を実施し、お客様の個人情報保護に努めます。
個人情報の第３者提供について
当法人は、お客様の個人情報を、事前に本人の同意を得ることなく、第３者に提供することはありません。 ただし、個人情報保護法およびその他の法令に定める場合ならびに裁判所、警察、税務署などの公的機関からの情報開示に関する要請については、この限りではありません。
個人情報の見直しについて
当法人は、お客様の個人情報保護に関して、個人情報保護法、その他の個人情報保護に係わる各種法令およびその他の規範を遵守するとともに、上記内容につきましては適宜見直しを行い継続的に改善を図ります。
各社の商標または登録商標について
登録商標・商標をはじめ、当法人サイトその他カタログ、マニュアル等に記載されている会社名、システム名、製品名は一般に各社の登録商標または商標です。 なお、本文および図表中では、「TM」、「R」は明記しておりません。
